Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered a wide range of learning modalities, including synchronous, asynchronous, and blended learning solutions. My content development work includes interactive web-based training (WBT), simulations, instructional games, microlearnings, video and audio assets, in-person training, huddles and other immersive learning modules tailored to diverse audiences and business needs.
