The Need:
A business unit was launching a new software platform to support a redesigned financial product offering. The tool was designed to help clients make more informed financial decisions while driving increased sales for the business. The Learning & Development (L&D) team was tasked with creating an engaging training program to help employees understand:
- How to use the new software effectively.
- Why the tool was valuable to clients.
- How leveraging it could lead to higher sales performance.
The Solution:
Because this was a completely new system being introduced, we recognized that maintaining learner engagement would be critical for adoption and retention.
